phfan Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phfan ("phfan," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phfan online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at phfan.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a phfan account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phfan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phfan's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

phfan reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phfan will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the phfan Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing participation in casino-style online gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phfan or any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phfan, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phfan reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phfan Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

As part of phfan's Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under applicable Philippine regulations, you may be required to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, and source of funds. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Source of funds documentation where required by phfan's compliance team

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phfan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify phfan immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

phfan supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phfan does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and their financial institution.

The following general rules apply to all financial transactions on the phfan Platform:

• Minimum deposit: As specified on the phfan deposit page, subject to change at phfan's discretion.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the phfan support page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the phfan account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Verification holds: phfan reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Inactive account fees: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in phfan's fee schedule.

phfan offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the phfan Platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• phfan reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if phfan reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, or who have engaged in any form of bonus abuse, will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

All games available on the phfan Platform — including live casino games, slot titles, dragon fishing games, and bingo rooms — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

phfan uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of those studios as disclosed within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phfan's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. phfan will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues in a fair and timely manner. phfan shall not be liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfan Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Opening or operating more than one account on the phfan Platform
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfan staff, live dealers, or other players
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location

phfan is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. phfan recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phfan players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phfan Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phfan strongly encourages any player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the phfan Platform.

All content on the phfan Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, "phfan Content"), is the exclusive property of phfan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

phfan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phfan Content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phfan Content
• Use any phfan trademark, logo, or trade name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform

Any unauthorized use of phfan Content may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phfan, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phfan Platform.

phfan's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfan account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfan does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phfan makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

phfan collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phfan Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phfan processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. phfan implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

phfan may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services. phfan will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

phfan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the phfan Platform at /terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.

Where phfan makes material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the fees applicable to your account — phfan will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phfan, you agree to first contact phfan's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phfan will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfan from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

phfan operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by phfan may escalate their concern to the relevant regulatory authority.
